Booking Policy

Minimum Stay

We require a minimum of a two night stay in order to book our glamping pod.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% deposit upon booking, then the remainder due 14 days before your stay. If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival, then the full amount is required at the time of booking. We will email you upon booking with payment information.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, all payments are refundable if the booking is cancelled 21 days before arrival. If your booking is cancelled 14 days or earlier before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable. Thereafter, all payments are non refundable.

Check in Check Out

Our check in time is from 2pm. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Smoking Policy

We have a strict no smoking policy inside the pod.

Finding Us

We will send you directions to find us upon booking. We are a very remote property, being almost 5 miles down a rough forestry track. Please take care when driving down the track, as we cannot take any responsibility for damage to vehicles.

Liability and Risk

Dark Skies Glamping Pod accepts no liability for: theft, damage or loss, of whatever nature, during or as a result of a stay with us. Guests and any accompanying guests will be jointly liable for all losses or damage that occurs either directly or indirectly as a result of their stay. 

Dark Skies Glamping Pod is located in open countryside with woodland area in close proximity. Children must be supervised at all times. It is the parents/guardians responsibility to ensure that young children do not place themselves in a situation whereby they can injure themselves by being vigilant of any potential incident. As with all camping holidays, parental supervision is essential, at all times. Dark Skies Glamping Pod cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained.
